Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Bulk orders
Cancellation terms for bulk and custom orders are as agreed in the quotation.
